All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 3-7 days after it was shipped.

We ship to all over the world. If you can not find your country when check out, please contact us.

2.Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 20-30 days after payment.

Rush delivery, you will receive it in 15-20 days after payment.

If you need the dress urgently. Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing.

Return

At our store, all dresses are custom-made to order. Because of this, once production has begun, materials cannot be reused. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we have made an error with your order. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

As our dresses are tailored specifically for each customer, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Size & Color Adjustments

Size or color modifications are only accepted within 24 hours of payment. After this period, the order will move into production, and changes will no longer be possible. If adjustments are required beyond this timeframe, additional charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

As all dresses are crafted specifically for each order, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

The dress has a significant quality defect (e.g., fabric damage, improper stitching).
The dress is not the size, color, or style you ordered due to a mistake in production.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if:

The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before ordering).
The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to handmade production.
The dress has minor imperfections that do not affect its overall wearability.
The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure (which applies to all our dresses).
Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos showing the issue.
Ship the item back within 7-15 days. The dress must be in brand-new condition—it may be tried on, but must not be stretched, stained, or damaged.
Include the tracking number and return reference code in your return package.

Once we confirm the issue, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Notes

Love the dress

This dress is gorgeous. I was disappointed that the dress was folded up in a bag when it arrived which caused wrinkles but that can be easily fixed before my big day. I put the dress on it it fit PERFECTLY. I ordered the standard size. I expected the dress to have a little room and it has just the right amount. The detailing on the bodice is divine, the skirt hangs perfectly, the length is perfect and the fabric is wonderful.

I love this dress and once I get the wrinkles out of it, the dress will be gorgeous on my big day.

Perfect Dress for Intimate Ceremony

I searched so many stores, boutiques, and online stores for this specific style, length, and sleeve length until I encountered this one and just fell in love! The only comment that i had to get altered was the bust because the cup inserts were too high compared to my shape.

Perfect fit, and quality is amazing

This dress was amazing! I ordered a custom size to make sure it was a perfect fit and it was. I received so many compliments on my wedding day. It was so elegant and well made. JJ's customer service team were so helpful, i am highly impressed with this company and have recommended them so much since buying my dress.

Good quality and beautiful dress

Exactly like in the picture, well made. The fabric is thick and the quality is good. Build-in bra make it even more perfect. The dress match well with the hair style that I plan to do on my wedding day.

However, the fitting is too big for me. I ordered size 34 which is my normal size. I should have ordered size 32 instead. The delivery time was in the range as it was promised when I took the order. If the fitting is correct, I would have given Five stars rating.
