All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 3-7 days after it was shipped.

We ship to all over the world. If you can not find your country when check out, please contact us.

2.Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 20-30 days after payment.

Rush delivery, you will receive it in 15-20 days after payment.

If you need the dress urgently. Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing.

Return

At our store, all dresses are custom-made to order. Because of this, once production has begun, materials cannot be reused. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we have made an error with your order. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

As our dresses are tailored specifically for each customer, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Size & Color Adjustments

Size or color modifications are only accepted within 24 hours of payment. After this period, the order will move into production, and changes will no longer be possible. If adjustments are required beyond this timeframe, additional charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

As all dresses are crafted specifically for each order, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

The dress has a significant quality defect (e.g., fabric damage, improper stitching).
The dress is not the size, color, or style you ordered due to a mistake in production.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if:

The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before ordering).
The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to handmade production.
The dress has minor imperfections that do not affect its overall wearability.
The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure (which applies to all our dresses).
Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos showing the issue.
Ship the item back within 7-15 days. The dress must be in brand-new condition—it may be tried on, but must not be stretched, stained, or damaged.
Include the tracking number and return reference code in your return package.

Once we confirm the issue, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Notes

Ich habe dieses Kleid schon länger angeschaut und war immer unsicher, ob ich es bestellen soll.
Ich bin froh, habe ich es bestellt! Das Kleid ist der absolute Wahnsinn und entspricht genau den Bildern!
Die Qualität ist unglaublich! Ich möchte das Kleid gar nicht mehr ausziehen!

Très belle robe

Une jolie robe, bonne facture. Je l'ai prise en essayage et elle est arrivée très vite. Je ne vais pas la garder car je préfère un autre modèle de la marque, mais l'essayage m'a permis de valider la taille qu'il me faut.
La partie du haut est un peu transparente. C'est joli mais c'est mieux de le savoir

Beautiful dress but would suit someone with a taller figure

I am petite and the AUS 6 (I think US 0 size) but decided to give this dress a go since it looked so beautiful on the model. The dress is exactly like the picture, the mid section under the boob area was a bit see through for my liking however added a bit of extra cheekiness. I think this dress would be very suitable for someone who has a taller figure (over 170cm)extra touch of elegance. I would recommend this dress

Très jolie robe mais je vais la renvoyer car j'ai changé de projet et je souhaite une robe longue pour mon ouverture de bal, cependant la qualité est au rendez-vous et le haut pailleté fait son effet !

Super lightwight dress

I am satisfied with my purchase. Great dress, felt comfortable after alterations to have it fit perfectly! The dress material feels light, not itchy, and feels super light as well!
