All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 3-7 days after it was shipped.

We ship to all over the world. If you can not find your country when check out, please contact us.

2.Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 20-30 days after payment.

Rush delivery, you will receive it in 15-20 days after payment.

If you need the dress urgently. Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing.

Return

At our store, all dresses are custom-made to order. Because of this, once production has begun, materials cannot be reused. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we have made an error with your order. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

As our dresses are tailored specifically for each customer, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Size & Color Adjustments

Size or color modifications are only accepted within 24 hours of payment. After this period, the order will move into production, and changes will no longer be possible. If adjustments are required beyond this timeframe, additional charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

As all dresses are crafted specifically for each order, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

The dress has a significant quality defect (e.g., fabric damage, improper stitching).
The dress is not the size, color, or style you ordered due to a mistake in production.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if:

The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before ordering).
The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to handmade production.
The dress has minor imperfections that do not affect its overall wearability.
The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure (which applies to all our dresses).
Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos showing the issue.
Ship the item back within 7-15 days. The dress must be in brand-new condition—it may be tried on, but must not be stretched, stained, or damaged.
Include the tracking number and return reference code in your return package.

Once we confirm the issue, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Notes

Gorgeous dress, delicate fabric

This product fit really well, I would say it is true to size. Arrived in good time. I like the colour as it's not too bright as I feel pure white may have been; if anyone is concerned that ivory may be too warm a colour, I would say it's not. If I didn't know it was ivory I would think it was white. The skirt is a tiny bit see through and the neck loop will need tightening for me but overall I am really happy with this purchase!

Absolute Begeisterung.

ich habe das Kleid für eine Strand Hochzeit bestellt und ich bin super zufrieden, es passt wie angegossen. Es ist ein kleines bisschen zu lang, das werde ich aber in einer Änderungsschneiderei kürzen lassen. Das Material fühlt sich sehr gut an, es ist geschmeidig und fließend. Auch die Farbe Elfenbein harmoniert mit meinem Hautton. Aus meiner Sicht kann ich JJshouse nur empfehlen. Das Kleid kam schneller an uns gedacht. Ich bin super zufrieden und freue mich schon auf meine Strandhochzeit.

Bust Area Not Perfect

This is a beautiful, flowy dress that would be perfect for a beach wedding. I'm 5'3", around 140lbs, 34D and I ordered a size 6, which fit nicely everywhere and would only require hemming. The only thing I did not care for was how the material seemed to pucker and wrinkle slightly at the top of the bust area. Because the material didn't lay smooth and flat, it took away from the elegance of the dress. Overall, a lovely dress, especially for the price, but not the one for me.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cette robe qui fait une belle silhouette et qui reste agréable à porter pour le Jour J.
Pour ma part on ne voyait pas à travers, commandé en blanc.
Je suis vraiment satisfaite de ma robe.
