1.Shipping Methods We Offer:

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 3-7 days after it was shipped.

We ship to all over the world. If you can not find your country when check out, please contact us.

2.Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 20-30 days after payment.

Rush delivery, you will receive it in 15-20 days after payment.

If you need the dress urgently. Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing.

Return

At our store, all dresses are custom-made to order. Because of this, once production has begun, materials cannot be reused. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we have made an error with your order. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

As our dresses are tailored specifically for each customer, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Size & Color Adjustments

Size or color modifications are only accepted within 24 hours of payment. After this period, the order will move into production, and changes will no longer be possible. If adjustments are required beyond this timeframe, additional charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

As all dresses are crafted specifically for each order, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

The dress has a significant quality defect (e.g., fabric damage, improper stitching).
The dress is not the size, color, or style you ordered due to a mistake in production.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if:

The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before ordering).
The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to handmade production.
The dress has minor imperfections that do not affect its overall wearability.
The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure (which applies to all our dresses).
Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos showing the issue.
Ship the item back within 7-15 days. The dress must be in brand-new condition—it may be tried on, but must not be stretched, stained, or damaged.
Include the tracking number and return reference code in your return package.

Once we confirm the issue, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Notes

Arrivato in tempo, ben fatto, misure corrispondenti alla tabella taglie ,l'ho comperato per la mia nipotina di 12 anni per il suo concerto di arpa, ho acquistato la taglia 14 anni poiché la ragazzina è più grande e le stava benissimo. sono contenta e JJ house non mi delude mai. ho acquistato tanti abiti anche il mio da sposa 7 anni fa e mi sono sempre trovata bene e soddisfatta. grazie mille

Beautiful dress

This was for my 12 yr old for her first communion. I had it custom made and it fit perfect! The dress was better than I expected. Delivery was good timing, about 3 weeks.

Bel vestito

Il vestito è davvero di buona stoffa e ben rifinito. Lo abbiamo preso per mia figlia che farà da damigella ad un matrimonio. E’ arrivato giorni prima rispetto al previsto per cui anche la spedizione perfetta!

bonne commande

Robe arrivée une semaine avant la date annoncée sur le site à la commande, envoi soigner.
La robe taille bien, on a pris la taille qui correspondait aux mesures du guide sur le site avec les mesures.
Le tissus est de bonne qualité et la doublure assez épaisse.
Vraiment pas déçu de ma commande

Robe supplémentaire pour le mariage de son grand frère

Cette robe est probablement la préféré de ma fille, elle fait partie du 2e lot acheté sur ce site. Nous avons été tellement satisfaits de notre 1er commande que nous avons, dans la foulée, acheté des robes supplémentaires (pour le mariage de son frère qui se fêtera sur plusieurs jours). Par contre les robes sont très grandes et longues, pour notre fille qui est toute fine, donc nous avons pris une taille en dessous.
De façon générale le tissu est de qualité et les finitions soignées, je regrette néanmoins une finition moins soignée des attaches des bretelles transparentes, (indispensables pour que la robe tienne) ça ne tient pas aussi bien que j'aurais espéré. Mais tant que les bretelles tiennent cela ne dérange absolument pas ma fille par contre.
