1.Shipping Methods We Offer:

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 3-7 days after it was shipped.

We ship to all over the world. If you can not find your country when check out, please contact us.

2.Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 20-30 days after payment.

Rush delivery, you will receive it in 15-20 days after payment.

If you need the dress urgently. Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing.

Return

At our store, all dresses are custom-made to order. Because of this, once production has begun, materials cannot be reused. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we have made an error with your order. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

As our dresses are tailored specifically for each customer, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Size & Color Adjustments

Size or color modifications are only accepted within 24 hours of payment. After this period, the order will move into production, and changes will no longer be possible. If adjustments are required beyond this timeframe, additional charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

As all dresses are crafted specifically for each order, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

The dress has a significant quality defect (e.g., fabric damage, improper stitching).
The dress is not the size, color, or style you ordered due to a mistake in production.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if:

The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before ordering).
The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to handmade production.
The dress has minor imperfections that do not affect its overall wearability.
The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure (which applies to all our dresses).
Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos showing the issue.
Ship the item back within 7-15 days. The dress must be in brand-new condition—it may be tried on, but must not be stretched, stained, or damaged.
Include the tracking number and return reference code in your return package.

Once we confirm the issue, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Notes

Beautiful Dress

This dress is beautiful! It was purchased to use in our royalty program and it was a beautiful choice. Compliments galore each time the dress is worn!

Robe sublime

La robe est parfaite. Je fais 166cm et elle est un peu longue pour moi mais il faut un minimum d'altération. Le tissu est bien, le look est bien sofistiqué, et je trouve que les tailles et les mesures conviennent. J'avais commander la couleur verte uniquement pour essayer la robe, mais elle me plaît beaucoup. Ne pas hésiter.

It's perfect!

Buying things online is always a little stressful, but this gown completely blew away any concerns I had. I got mine custom sized and it fits perfectly. Took a little fidgeting to get the zipper up by myself, though lol. The gown is perfect, and comfortable. I love it!

Elegance and extremely classy.

I am extremely pleased, my gown looks exactly like the gown I ordered. The quality of fabric is very nice. My gown arrived on time. The wedding is in September, so I have time until my event date. I was also please with the price. This is my first order from JJ House, I'm very please. The prices on average are $100 less than other bridal shops. I've also recommended JJ House to many others. I will make JJ House my go to for events. My gown will need alterations , Im wearing flats. I like to buy a larger size, this gives room for alterations. Again, Im very pleased with the quality. I'm very pleased .

Beautiful Dress!

This is a gorgeous, statement making dress. It was a little too dramatic for me as a bridesmaids dress, but it was beautiful nonetheless. Definitely go by the measurements as it was two sizes up from my regular dress size.
