1.Shipping Methods We Offer:

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 3-7 days after it was shipped.

We ship to all over the world. If you can not find your country when check out, please contact us.

2.Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 20-30 days after payment.

Rush delivery, you will receive it in 15-20 days after payment.

If you need the dress urgently. Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing.

Return

At our store, all dresses are custom-made to order. Because of this, once production has begun, materials cannot be reused. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we have made an error with your order. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

As our dresses are tailored specifically for each customer, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Size & Color Adjustments

Size or color modifications are only accepted within 24 hours of payment. After this period, the order will move into production, and changes will no longer be possible. If adjustments are required beyond this timeframe, additional charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

As all dresses are crafted specifically for each order, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

The dress has a significant quality defect (e.g., fabric damage, improper stitching).
The dress is not the size, color, or style you ordered due to a mistake in production.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if:

The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before ordering).
The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to handmade production.
The dress has minor imperfections that do not affect its overall wearability.
The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure (which applies to all our dresses).
Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos showing the issue.
Ship the item back within 7-15 days. The dress must be in brand-new condition—it may be tried on, but must not be stretched, stained, or damaged.
Include the tracking number and return reference code in your return package.

Once we confirm the issue, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Notes

Abito da damigella TOP

Allora questo vestito lo userò per fare da damigella, il colore avevo paura fosse troppo cupo invece mi ha stupita trovo che mi doni; parlando del vestito invece dovrò portarlo dalla sarta a farlo modificare, perché mi è enorme(confesso che quando ho preso le misure ero a metà fra 2 taglie e ho preso la più grande e inoltre essendo in dieta è possibile che ho perso altri centimetri). Le spalline non sono regolabili quindi non sostengono bene le coppe dando una sensazione di larghezza (io ho una terza abbondante di seno); il nastro dietro permette di stringere a piacere la vita; dietro al vestito c'è una cerniera invisibile situata in centro tra la vita e i fianchi; delusa dallo spacco che nella modella sembra molto alto, visibile e "piatto", mentre su di me arriva al di sotto del ginocchio e ho fatto difficoltà a capire dove fosse con tutto quel tessuto (probabilmente per via della mia altezza 1,56 cm), ma da dove parte lo spacco c'è una specie di piega che non mi piace e farò modificare insieme all'orlo e al resto; parlando invece del tessuto è davvero pesante se si vuole usarlo d'estate sotto c'è uno strato "scuro"(quello più pesante) mentre sopra ce n'è un'altro più leggero e trasparente...sicuramente come prima volta che ordino un abito così elegante sono davvero soddisfatta anche se necessita di modifiche e lo stra consiglio come modello, magari non per l'estate.

Sehr schönes Kleid mit tollem Rücken.

Das Kleid ist super schön. Der Rücken sieht super toll aus. Ich werde vermutlich die Ärmelchen nach innen nähen lassen (siehe Bild drei), da ich das schöner finde.

Sehr schöner Rücken

Das Kleid ist sehr schön geschnitten. Besonders der Rücken ist ein wirklicher Hingucker. Die Farbe ist auch sehr schön. Ich habe mich allerdings für eine Maßanfertigung mit Farbe passend zum Thema der Hochzeit entschieden.
