All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 3-7 days after it was shipped.

We ship to all over the world. If you can not find your country when check out, please contact us.

2.Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 20-30 days after payment.

Rush delivery, you will receive it in 15-20 days after payment.

If you need the dress urgently. Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing.

Return

At our store, all dresses are custom-made to order. Because of this, once production has begun, materials cannot be reused. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we have made an error with your order. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

As our dresses are tailored specifically for each customer, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Size & Color Adjustments

Size or color modifications are only accepted within 24 hours of payment. After this period, the order will move into production, and changes will no longer be possible. If adjustments are required beyond this timeframe, additional charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

As all dresses are crafted specifically for each order, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

The dress has a significant quality defect (e.g., fabric damage, improper stitching).
The dress is not the size, color, or style you ordered due to a mistake in production.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if:

The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before ordering).
The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to handmade production.
The dress has minor imperfections that do not affect its overall wearability.
The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure (which applies to all our dresses).
Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos showing the issue.
Ship the item back within 7-15 days. The dress must be in brand-new condition—it may be tried on, but must not be stretched, stained, or damaged.
Include the tracking number and return reference code in your return package.

Once we confirm the issue, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Notes

Great Quality!

This dress exceeds expectations! The quality is perfect. The dress has about 5 layers, but I would still recommend wearing a petticoat for the full princess look. This dress could easily go for a $1,000 at the bridal shop. The dress I got was a size 10 and still fit me when my bust is 40in and waist 30in. I am 5'1 so it is very long, but getting it altered should be fine. The back has buttons but it is actally a zip up for ease.

I had my grandfather help me pick this dress out before he passed away in March and it went on sale with 1 size option.. I bought it anyways and just got it this morning I will have to make some small size changes but it's absolutely perfect and I couldn't be happier with it, just wish it had size options when I ordered it but I can fix that.. it's just the fact that it's the dress my papa helped me pick out!

I danced all night in this dress :)

I was absolutely delighted with my wedding dress. It featured a beautiful floral embroidered pattern that added a touch of elegance and charm. Despite the hot weather on my wedding day, the dress was incredibly comfortable. My wedding had a rustic theme, and the dress fit perfectly with the overall aesthetic. It also complemented the romantic forest photoshoot wonderfully. The dress had a long train, to which I added a small loop that could be worn on my finger to hold it up during dancing, ensuring no one stepped on it. The dress endured the entire night and the photoshoot in nature without any issues. I would definitely purchase it again.

Elegant Dress

Beautiful and elegant dress with a long train. I am 5' 5'' and 135 lbs. I ordered a size 8, but had to have it altered to a smaller size. Probably could have gone with a size 6 even though the sizing chart had me just over a size 8 as I am 35.5 bust and 29 waist. I had some tulle straps sewed in and the tulle fabric used has some stretch which is nice for flexibility in arm movement. Could use some added boning to hold up the sides of the bust area, but that probably has to do with having ordered a larger size than needed. The color reminds me of a creamy cappuccino or a champagne color. Gorgeous dress.
