We ship to all over the world. If you can not find your country when check out, please contact us.

2.Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 20-30 days after payment.

Rush delivery, you will receive it in 15-20 days after payment.

If you need the dress urgently. Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing.

Return

At our store, all dresses are custom-made to order. Because of this, once production has begun, materials cannot be reused. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we have made an error with your order. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

As our dresses are tailored specifically for each customer, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Size & Color Adjustments

Size or color modifications are only accepted within 24 hours of payment. After this period, the order will move into production, and changes will no longer be possible. If adjustments are required beyond this timeframe, additional charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

As all dresses are crafted specifically for each order, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

The dress has a significant quality defect (e.g., fabric damage, improper stitching).
The dress is not the size, color, or style you ordered due to a mistake in production.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if:

The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before ordering).
The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to handmade production.
The dress has minor imperfections that do not affect its overall wearability.
The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure (which applies to all our dresses).
Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos showing the issue.
Ship the item back within 7-15 days. The dress must be in brand-new condition—it may be tried on, but must not be stretched, stained, or damaged.
Include the tracking number and return reference code in your return package.

Once we confirm the issue, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Notes

Stunning dress

Saw this dress on the site and fell in love with it, so I did a try before you buy and just love this dress, shall be getting this dress for my wedding day but will again be ordering in the next size

Gorgeous, Perfect, Beautiful!

This dress was everything I wanted and more! I ordered a custom size and the alerterations I needed to make were so minimal (mainly just needed to take in the shoulders a little, which is not a measurement that is requested, and added a bustle). I was concerned about the sleeves fitting over my arms, as I have large arms, so I included measurements for my upper arm circumference and my arm length from shoulder to elbow in the additional notes and had no issues whatsoever! I got married/eloped in Waikiki on the beach in April and everyone commented how beautiful my dress was and how gorgeous it looked flowing in the wind. 100% would recommend! We are having a reception in Sept. with friends and family and I am ordering dresses for our wedding party now. Would absolutely recommend and will use JJ's House in the future!

Try-on at Home was Great!

Trying on at home was a great idea. We used a coupon to get an even greater deal. This is the dress that we are going to purchase, but in white instead. After trying on 3 different dresses, we decided that standard sizing was not going to work well and would need a lot of expensive alterations so we will be ordering in a custom size. We watched the video from JJs House on how to measure properly and it was so helpful. Just to be on safe side, we ordered a cocktail dress for the dress rehearsal dinner and used our custom measurements. That dress fit perfectly so we will be ordering this dress using those measurements. The size 4 was tight at the waist, but the size 6 was much too big at the shoulders.

The quality of the material was very nice. My daughter was looking for a modest dress and the V-neck cut is not too low at all. The lace and all the layers are nice quality material. The buttons in the back do not really button and they do pull to the left of the zipper especially on the sash at the waist. But for this price, we did not expect individual buttons. They still look nice and the overall effect is there, even though it's just a zipper. Honestly, a zipper seems a lot easier than individual buttons. The train in the back is gorgeous. My daughter loves the higher back and that the solid material continues throughout the entire back. Many of the other dresses have only lace in the back and are much lower cut. The dress has a very classic and traditional feel to it. The only thing we didn't like was the pinkish color, but this was just a try-on dress so we will ordered it in white.

Ich liebe es!

Wow! Ich hätte nie erwartet, dass dieses Kleid tatsächlich so schön ist. Dank dem Service "Try-at-home" durfte ich mich in dieses wunderschöne Kleid verlieben. Man fühlt sich wirklich fast wie eine Prinzessin. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar! Ich kann dieses Kleid uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Lovely lovely lovely!

Just what I wanted! It's lovely, modest, and fun all at once. This dress puts a beaming smile on my face. The blush (as shown) color is uniquely beautiful, and it gave me the color I wanted while still looking bridal. The floral lace and white overlay give the dress a soft, sweet look. The materials are not heavy at all; they are a little stuffer than I expected, but I suppose that helps the dress keep its shape. I ordered custom measurements because I am a little short for the standard sizes. I am also glad it was not very wrinkled out of the box.
