All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 3-7 days after it was shipped.

We ship to all over the world. If you can not find your country when check out, please contact us.

2.Delivery Time.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 20-30 days after payment.

Rush delivery, you will receive it in 15-20 days after payment.

If you need the dress urgently. Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing.

Return

At our store, all dresses are custom-made to order. Because of this, once production has begun, materials cannot be reused. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we have made an error with your order. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

As our dresses are tailored specifically for each customer, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Size & Color Adjustments

Size or color modifications are only accepted within 24 hours of payment. After this period, the order will move into production, and changes will no longer be possible. If adjustments are required beyond this timeframe, additional charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

As all dresses are crafted specifically for each order, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

The dress has a significant quality defect (e.g., fabric damage, improper stitching).
The dress is not the size, color, or style you ordered due to a mistake in production.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if:

The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please refer to our size chart before ordering).
The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to handmade production.
The dress has minor imperfections that do not affect its overall wearability.
The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure (which applies to all our dresses).
Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos showing the issue.
Ship the item back within 7-15 days. The dress must be in brand-new condition—it may be tried on, but must not be stretched, stained, or damaged.
Include the tracking number and return reference code in your return package.

Once we confirm the issue, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Notes

Beautiful dress for wedding

I love how this dress looks. I picked sky blue version and it will be perfect for my wedding. Delivery was fast to poland, dress was packed well. Only thing for me to change is the lengh of dress, but that is managable.

Gorgeous

Fits great- had to order a size up from my normal size. I am 5’8” and 140lbs; 34DD. I ordered a size 8. Still a little snug in the chest area, but luckily it is not necessary to bra the dress.

Beautiful dress but not the right fit

This dress was very beautiful. The color was true to the color and the sequins and beading is very elegant. The lace like toule gave it a very fairy like presence. The dress looked great on but my daughter just was not a fan of how it fit on her. The dress is also a very well made dress.

cette robe taille très bien ! ma fille est de corpulence enrobée 80kg et mesure 1m65 , nous avons pris la taille M et son ami le gilet et la cravate de même couleur... au niveau du décolleté un bandeau suffit pour cacher si vous n'avez pas une assez grosse poitrine ! la longueur est parfaite avec des chaussures à talons ! la qualité est parfaite 👍il faut compter à peu près 20 jours pour la livraison donc prévoyez pour la recevoir en avance ! je recommande ce site avec plaisir, je ne suis pas déçu du tout!!! et je recommande ce site avec un grand OUI!!!!
